Friendly staff, clean room, quiet neighborhood, close to Metro station and Vatican
Some noise from other rooms (There was a woman in the room in front of me, who spoke very loud and it was sometimes annoying ...), Not many choice for breakfast (Breakfast was just coffee and some cookies in a near coffee shop)

I basically liked my stay at this hotel as it was near to the CIPRO metro station and a short walk away from OTTAVIANO metro station which is near the Vatican. Jimmy the man who greeted me and took care of the B&B was very, very nice. Kind and polite. So I have no complaints there.
The rooms were very clean but the first one I stayed in lacked space for someone claustrophobic like myself. The bed was a sort of bunk bed over a double bed. I don't like sleeping with anything closed down over my face or anything that gives me the feeling of being in a casket. It was a bit too MRI-ish for my taste. There was a woman residing in the room in front of me who REALLY ANNOYED ME!! She spoke loudly on the telephone every chance she got and the next morning after my first night there I was awaken to the sound of SLAMMING DOORS and her screaming with another woman. They were VERY loud and impolite. I finally opened the door and saw a woman (not the one who was sleeping in that room) and a young guy. They RAN when I stepped out to see what was happening. I got the impression that they were NOT supposed to be there. I ran to look out of my window and saw them running down the street! Then the woman who was staying there came out, returned after 10 mins only to make more noise on the telephone angry and speaking loudly. I REALLY DID NOT LIKE HER RUDENESS! And I also think those two were sleeping in the room with her because I saw them waiting outside like homeless folks until they saw me leave. They didn't know I was coming back around the corner. Just too much sneaky movement for my taste with this guest. They also shouldn't allow any smoking in the rooms because the reception is very small in movement. This B&B is basically a large apartment transformed into a bed and breakfast with 4 rooms. I don't know if there were any other rooms on any other floors in the building? The smell of cigarette smoke permeated my room and I had to smell it all night long the evening of my first stay. When you enter into the place it smells terriby of cigarettes but this is because there are no windows in the reception area to allow air to pass and the only ones are the room windows which obviously the room doors remain closed. I couldn't take the smell of cigarettes!!!

Probably the best bed and breakfast in Rome, very good position, near "Vatican Museum", high quality of rooms, close to metro station, clean, cheap, professional management, in a very quiet zone in the centre of Rome. Great!!!!
No problem, absolutely.
